About us

Bee's Knees Provisions brings the vision of Brooklyn local Taj Singh to life (owner of the popular craft cocktail bar and restaurant, The Castello Plan in Ditmas Park). He wanted to honor the legacy of Stinky's cheese store, previously in the same location, reviving the spirit of the beloved Stinky’s cheese shop with a fresh twist, adding to the experience with a bar and table service.

He gut renovated the space with hand-picked concepts, aesthetics and design to create a curated provisions store and modern feel bar. The space is perfectly designed in sections for small and big parties.
